Crunch Fitness - Undefeated Tribe is hiring a Talent Acquisition Partner in Austin, TX. You will own full-cycle recruitment across multiple clubs, proactively sourcing A players and building strong pipelines with urgency and quality.

In a fast-paced, multi-location environment, you will collaborate with General Managers and Managing Partners, execute local recruiting initiatives, and deliver an exceptional candidate experience that reflects Crunch Fitness brand values.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, Communications, or related field.
• 5+ years of full life cycle recruiting across multiple roles.
• Proactive sourcing across channels beyond job boards.
• Ability to influence leaders and hiring managers regionally.
• Experience developing Employment Marketing strategies.
• Strong interviewing and prescreening skills (Topgrading).
• Proficient with ATS and recruiting platforms (Indeed, LinkedIn Recruiter, ZipRecruiter).
• Strong analytical skills for tracking metrics and decisions.
• Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication.
• Ability to manage competing priorities with urgency.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategic initiatives for recruiting diverse talent across multi-site organization.
• Forecast staffing needs with leaders and plan proactive hiring initiatives.
• Manage full-cycle recruiting for club leadership across the region.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to define role requirements with consistent criteria.
• Build strong relationships with HR and leaders as a trusted recruiting partner.
• Proactively source candidates via job boards, social media, campuses, events.
• Maintain ATS data accuracy and provide real-time pipeline updates.
• Represent Crunch Fitness at events to build brand awareness and attract talent.
• Support employer brand through content and candidate interactions.
