Confidential is seeking an experienced Buyer to support regional operations through strategic purchasing and supplier management. You will handle purchasing for operational supplies, research and engage new suppliers, and ensure alignment with finance policies.

This role emphasizes relationship-building, process improvement, and collaboration with internal teams to drive centralized purchasing programs and efficiency across regions.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of purchasing, accounting, finance, accounts payable, customer service, supply chain, or related experience.
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills, including intermediate to advanced Excel.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

  • Manage purchasing activities for operational, office, safety, uniform, and other business supplies.
  • Research, evaluate, and establish relationships with new suppliers.
  • Maintain preferred supplier relationships and support supplier performance.
  • Ensure purchasing activities align with company finance policies and procedures.
  • Partner with internal teams to drive adoption of centralized purchasing programs.
  • Manage day-to-day relationships with centralized suppliers.
  • Review invoices and ensure contract pricing and purchasing agreements are accurately followed.
  • Resolve supplier concerns, claims, and purchasing-related issues.
  • Support employee appreciation program fulfillment.
  • Provide research, reporting, and project support to Purchasing leadership.
  • Identify opportunities to improve purchasing processes and operational efficiency.
  • Manage multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.

We’re currently seeking an experienced Buyer to join a growing organization and support regional operations through strategic purchasing, supplier management, and procurement activities.

What You’ll Do

As a Buyer, you’ll play a key role in supporting regional purchasing and sourcing activities, including:

  • Manage purchasing activities for operational, office, safety, uniform, and other business supplies

What We’re Looking For
