• Source and procure indirect materials, equipment, services for WAVE operations across multiple locations.
• Manage the purchasing process from supplier quotation through purchase order creation, order tracking, and delivery coordination.
• Evaluate suppliers and sourcing alternatives to support cost savings, quality, service, business continuity, and operational requirements.
• Build and maintain supplier relationships, serving as a primary contact for purchasing inquiries and performance-related concerns.
• Support supplier onboarding, contract administration, and compliance activities, ensuring required documentation and records are maintained.
• Monitor supplier performance and open orders, expediting critical purchases and resolving supply issues as needed.
