Job summary

IntePros seeks a Procurement Specialist in Massachusetts to manage end-to-end procurement across multiple programs. You will own PO creation and ensure on-time equipment delivery while coordinating with program teams, suppliers, and deployment stakeholders.

Responsibilities include reviewing deployment schedules, issuing POs, tracking supplier deliveries, and proactively identifying risks. Candidates should have a BA/BS, 1+ year procurement experience, and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 1+ year of experience in procurement or purchasing.
• Strong business communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to learn new systems and processes quickly.
• Experience with procurement platforms or ERP systems.
• Basic Microsoft Office/Excel skills.
• Technical literacy and ability to perform detailed root‑cause analysis.

Responsibilities

• Manage procurement activities for at least three programs.
• Review deployment schedules and ensure purchase orders reflect operational requirements.
• Issue and maintain purchase orders based on deployment timelines.
• Coordinate supplier deliveries and track progress against required dates.
• Identify delivery and supply risks and elevate issues to engineering and deployment teams.
• Perform root‑cause analysis to resolve procurement and supply issues.
• Communicate clearly with stakeholders and suppliers regarding schedules, risks, and actions.
• Maintain accurate procurement information and support timely execution across assigned programs.
