Job summary

IntelliPro in Las Vegas, NV is seeking a Procurement Specialist to manage demand forecasts, procure equipment and materials, and create purchase orders. You will monitor supplier performance, coordinate deliveries, and track project milestones to ensure timely execution.

Collaborating with Engineering, Operations, Logistics, and Finance, you will reconcile invoices, monitor costs, and ensure budget compliance using ERP systems and Excel.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, or a related field.
• 3–7 years of procurement, supply chain, or commodity management experience.
• Experience with electrical equipment or industrial components preferred.
• Knowledge of procurement processes, supplier management, and technical specifications.
