Qualifications

• US citizenship or permanent resident status required.
• 5+ years purchasing or supply chain experience in manufacturing.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.
• Experience with supplier evaluation and contract management.
• Knowledge of purchasing, inventory, and supply management systems.
• Strong analytical, mathematical, organizational, and attention-to-detail skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.

Responsibilities

• Identify and evaluate suppliers
• Prepare and issue RFQs; analyze bids and prepare bid tabs
• Negotiate price, terms, scope, and delivery schedules
• Prepare, review, and issue purchase orders
• Expedite suppliers and track equipment and material deliveries
• Review invoices, approve payments, and maintain accurate records
• Resolve supplier disputes
• Maintain procurement records and ensure compliance with project requirements and company standards
• Assist with financial planning, budgeting, and reporting
• Occasional domestic and international travel to supplier facilities
