Fralock is seeking a Purchasing Agent I to ensure timely material flow and supplier deliveries. The role interfaces with suppliers and internal teams to resolve shortages and keep production on schedule.

Responsibilities include expediting orders, maintaining ERP/MRP accuracy, and supporting receiving and inventory processes. On-site work with standard shifts and full benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• Experience in purchasing, inventory, receiving, logistics and manufacturing processes.
• Strong written and verbal communication; able to present information to groups of managers.

Responsabilités

• Manage and expedite open purchase orders and critical materials to support production schedules.
• Coordinate with suppliers and internal teams to resolve shortages and schedule conflicts.
• Maintain ERP/MRP delivery commitments and track supplier performance.
• Handle receiving discrepancies and contribute to inventory accuracy.
