We are hiring Procurement Specialist I (Hybrid).

Client: Major Medical Device Client

Position: Procurement Specialist I (Hybrid)

Duration: 6+ Months Contract

Location: Hercules, CA 94547

Pay Rate: $37.00-$45.00/ Hr on W2

M-F (8-4) Hybrid 3 days on site

Responsibilities

• Actively manages purchase order workflows in SAP to support business needs.
• Works with appropriate parties to resolve invoice issues to minimize overdue invoices.
• Identifies and resolves potential supplier problems.
• Ensures goods are delivered on time and meet quality standards.
• Introduce and manage efficiencies through effective purchasing.
• Monitors cost and supplier performance.
• Maintains files and records related to purchasing activities.

What You Bring

• Education: BA or BS, APICS Certification Desired
