Job description

Seeking a Procurement Specialist to maintain moderately complex purchase orders and change orders.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain Outline Agreements, Source Lists, and monitor PO Automation across apparatus categories.
• Execute Purchase Orders, Change Orders, and Request for Proposals across multiple apparatus categories.
• Aid in executing purchasing and sourcing strategies, addressing short-term and long-term material requirements to achieve the purchasing performance metrics of timely delivery, right quality and optimum cost
• Assist with the undertaking of analysis supporting the resolution of risk issues and gap identification
• Aid in training peers and other stakeholders on the procurement process
• Help maintain effective stakeholder relationships with internal customers to become a trusted business partner

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in procurement experience with RFPs, POs and change orders
• Experience with SAP ECC for materials management, purchase orders, change orders, and requisitions.
• Experience developing and maintaining Outline Agreements, Source Lists, and monitor PO Automation across apparatus categories.
