Talentify is seeking a Buyer for a 6+ month contract role in College Park, GA. The position pays $27–$30 per hour on W2 and includes responsibilities to procure, track, and expedit goods and services while maintaining supplier relationships.

The role requires 1–3 years of purchasing experience and a college degree is preferred. You will coordinate deliveries, issue POs, and support procurement metrics in a fast-paced environment.

Formación

• 1-3 years of experience in purchasing is required.
• College degree is preferred (Supply Chain management or related field).
• Entry level job with little or no prior relevant work experience; able to work under supervision.

Responsabilidades

• Schedules and tracks material deliveries based on production schedule and program requirements.
• Confers with suppliers to obtain price, availability and delivery schedule.
• Prepares purchase orders and bid requests.
• Negotiate and administer supplier agreements within scope of authority.
• Entrusts to monitor supplier performance and resolve issues.
• Enter purchase orders into MRP system and communicate with suppliers via internet, fax or email.
• Maintain procurement records including costs, delivery, quality and performance.
