Job summary

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma and at least one year of specialized clerical experience.
  • Two years of specialized experience or a bachelor’s degree substituting for one year.
  • Experience with word processing, data entry or report generation in formal settings.

Responsibilities

  • Procure supplies, equipment, services, and furnishings from government and non-government sources.
  • Plan and coordinate time and delivery of purchases; manage contracts and bids.
  • Review funding availability, reconcile accounts, and maintain purchase records.
  • Monitor, update, and reconcile inventories and expenditure databases.
  • Adhere to the Guide to Judiciary Policy and internal control procedures.
  • Some travel to divisional offices, including Portland, may be required.
