Job summary

Aultman Health Foundation is seeking a Procurement Specialist to manage day-to-day purchasing activities, from requisition through order placement, delivery, and issue resolution. You will serve as the operational link between hospital departments, suppliers, Accounts Payable, Receiving, Item Master, and Sourcing & Contracting.

The role focuses on timely, compliant purchases aligned with contracts and financial controls, with an emphasis on proactive issue resolution and accurate purchasing

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; business coursework helpful.
• Healthcare purchasing or supply chain experience preferred.
• Proficient in Infor V11, Halogen, Relias, and MS Office suite.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day purchasing activities from requisition to order placement, delivery, and issue resolution.
• Serve as the operational link between departments, suppliers, Receiving, Accounts Payable, Item Master, and Sourcing & Contracting.
• Ensure purchases comply with contracts, policies, and financial controls and monitor open orders.
