Job summary

CoreSite is seeking a Procurement Specialist to support data center operations by processing contracts and purchase orders with third-party partners, managing indirect procurement vendors, and ensuring adherence to procurement processes. The role requires collaboration with Accounting, Legal, and Facilities to resolve contract and vendor issues.

Compensation includes a base salary with bonus and equity opportunities, plus comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

Hands-on, self-starter who is disciplined and detail orientated, with the ability to work independently as well as in a team setting.
Excellent listening, written, verbal, organizational and interpersonal skills.
Ability to quickly learn systems like ERP systems (e.g. JDEdwards, Oracle, MRI).

Responsibilities

Review independent contractor’s agreements, purchase orders, and change orders for accuracy and completeness.
Review lien waivers and work with vendors to ensure forms meet company standards.
Manage the purchasing card program, including monthly accounting and user management.
Identify issues and guide CoreSite Managers to ensure timely contractor payments and equipment procurement.
Coordinate with Accounting, AP, Legal, Facilities and Construction to resolve contract-related issues.
