Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Procurement, Contract Administration, or equivalent.
• At least three years of experience in procurement, purchasing, sourcing, or related area.
• Experience with supplier management, sourcing processes, contract negotiation, and contract administration.
• Strong analytical, organizational, communication, and relationship-management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities with accurate documentation.
• Proficiency with procurement software, ERP systems, and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

Position Summary

Beowulf E&D is seeking a detail-oriented and collaborative Procurement Specialist to support the full procurement lifecycle for materials, equipment, and services used in data center operations and infrastructure projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Source and procure materials, equipment, and services that support operational and project requirements.
• Prepare, process, and maintain purchase orders and related procurement documentation.
• Monitor supplier performance in areas including cost, quality, delivery, responsiveness, and compliance with contractual obligations.
• Lead or support commercial negotiations involving pricing, delivery schedules, payment terms, warranties, and other commercial terms within established authority levels.
• Coordinate contractual and legal matters with management and Legal, as appropriate.
• Support supplier onboarding, qualification, due diligence, and the collection and maintenance of required vendor documentation.
• Develop and maintain productive relationships with vendors and contractors.
• Partner with Operations, Engineering, Finance, Project Management, and other teams to understand and fulfill purchasing needs.
• Maintain accurate procurement records, supplier information, purchase orders, and contract documentation.
• Identify opportunities to improve procurement processes, supplier performance, and operational efficiency.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Procurement, Contract Administration, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of relevant education and experience.
• At least three years of experience in procurement, purchasing, sourcing, supply chain, or a related area.
• Experience with supplier management, sourcing processes, contract negotiation, and contract administration.
• Strong analytical, organizational, communication, and relationship-management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining accurate and complete documentation.
• Proficiency with procurement software, ERP systems, and Microsoft Office applications.

Physical Requirements and Work Environment

Compensation

The anticipated compensation range for this position is $31.00 to $36.00 per hour. Final compensation will be determined based on the selected candidate’s relevant experience, education, qualifications, and overall alignment with the position’s requirements.
