Job summary

Rigle is seeking a Procurement Specialist to own the complete purchasing lifecycle across multiple brands, including vendor relationships, terms, and PO reconciliation for our Amazon-focused e-commerce operations. This on-site role demands strong negotiation, analytics, and cross-functional coordination to keep inventory on time and on budget.

You will manage global supplier relationships, drive supplier performance, and partner with Finance to ensure accurate 3-way matching and timely payments.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in e-commerce procurement, purchasing, or supply chain operations.
• Demonstrated experience fully managing vendor relationships, negotiating terms, and issuing complex purchase orders.
• Strong understanding of 3-way matching (Invoice/PO/Receiving) and collaboration with accounting.
• Experience managing factory production lead times, shipping schedules, and stockout mitigation.
• Advanced organizational and analytical skills with Excel/Sheets and ERP systems.

We manage large, complex catalogs across multiple brands and categories and are obsessive about catalog quality, inventory health, and operational scalability. As we continue to grow, we are building a world-class e-commerce supply chain team and are seeking an experienced Procurement Specialist to take complete ownership of our vendor and purchasing ecosystem.

Position Overview:

We are hiring a Procurement Specialist to take full, end-to-end ownership of Rigle’s vendor relationships, payment terms, purchasing execution, and purchase order (PO) reconciliation across multiple brands. This role is ideal for an experienced e-commerce supply chain operator who deeply understands inventory flow, supplier negotiations, factory lead times, and purchasing controls.

You will serve as the central owner for managing global and domestic supplier relationships, negotiating favorable terms, issuing and tracking POs, and ensuring inventory arrives on time and on budget to support our Amazon marketplace operations. This is not a passive or execution-only role — it requires strong analytical abilities, proactive follow-through, and complete accountability for the entire purchasing lifecycle.

This is a full-time & on-site role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as the primary point of contact and complete owner for all domestic and international vendor, manufacturer, and supplier relationships.
• Negotiate vendor contracts, unit pricing, minimum order quantities (MOQs), and payment terms to maximize margin and optimize working capital.
• Conduct ongoing vendor performance reviews, tracking key metrics like on-time fulfillment, order accuracy, and product quality.
• Resolve vendor disputes, return-to-vendor (RTV) claims, cost discrepancies, and defective inventory credit adjustments.

Purchasing & PO Lifecycle Management

• Generate, issue, and manage the full lifecycle of Purchase Orders (POs) based on sales velocity, target inventory levels, and stock forecasts.
• Reconcile POs against incoming receiving documentation, packing slips, and vendor invoices to ensure quantity, pricing, and item accuracy.
• Partner closely with internal bookkeeping/accounting to ensure seamless 3-way matching before invoice approval and payment release.
• Maintain vendor master files, unit cost databases, and SKU catalog details across accounting and inventory platforms.

Supply Chain Execution & Lead-Time Tracking

• Aggressively track production schedules, factory completion dates, and freight handoffs to ensure supplier lead times are strictly maintained.
• Proactively flag potential supply chain bottlenecks or inventory stockout risks and implement resolution plans early.
• Coordinate with logistics, freight forwarders, and 3PL partners to ensure smooth transit from factory production to destination receiving.

Cross-Functional Operations & SOPs

• Work closely with Marketplace Specialists, FBA/Logistics, and Finance teams to align procurement runs with promotions, seasonal demand, and cash flow.
• Develop, maintain, and continuously refine procurement SOPs, reorder playbooks, and purchasing workflows in tools like Asana.
• Provide regular procurement status reports, lead-time updates, and inventory commitment visibility to management.

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience in e-commerce procurement, purchasing, or supply chain operations (Experience with NetSuite ERP preferred).
• Demonstrated experience fully managing vendor relationships, negotiating commercial payment terms, and issuing complex purchase orders.
• Solid understanding of 3-way matching principles (Invoice vs. PO vs. Receiving Document) and working alongside accounting teams.
• Strong experience managing factory production lead times, shipping schedules, and stockout mitigation.
• Advanced organizational and analytical skills, with deep proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and inventory/ERP management systems.
• High ownership mindset with strong negotiation skills and an aggressive, problem-solving approach to vendor follow-ups.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for maintaining clear, professional relationships with international suppliers.
• Experience creating and maintaining procurement SOPs, documentation, and tracking templates in tools like Asana and Notion.
