Job summary

Rigle is seeking a Procurement Specialist to own the complete purchasing lifecycle across multiple brands, including vendor relationships, terms, and PO reconciliation for our Amazon-focused e-commerce operations. This on-site role demands strong negotiation, analytics, and cross-functional coordination to keep inventory on time and on budget.

You will manage global supplier relationships, drive supplier performance, and partner with Finance to ensure accurate 3-way matching and timely payments.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in e-commerce procurement, purchasing, or supply chain operations.
• Demonstrated experience fully managing vendor relationships, negotiating terms, and issuing complex purchase orders.
• Strong understanding of 3-way matching (Invoice/PO/Receiving) and collaboration with accounting.
• Experience managing factory production lead times, shipping schedules, and stockout mitigation.
• Advanced organizational and analytical skills with Excel/Sheets and ERP systems.

Responsibilities

• Own domestic and international vendor, manufacturer, and supplier relationships.
• Negotiate contracts, unit pricing, MOQs, and payment terms to maximize margin.
• Track vendor performance metrics like on-time fulfillment, accuracy, and quality.
• Resolve RTVs, cost discrepancies, and inventory adjustments.
• Generate, issue, and manage full PO lifecycle based on sales velocity and forecasts.
• Coordinate with logistics and 3PL to ensure smooth transit from factory to destination.
