Job summary

BrightView Landscapes, LLC is seeking a Sourcing Specialist to procure materials for development and select maintenance projects, in line with company guidelines and project needs. You will negotiate with suppliers, manage purchase orders, monitor spend, and collaborate with branch managers to optimize cost, quality, and delivery performance across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in a relevant field.
• 1+ years procurement experience in landscaping, construction, or related industry.
• Customer service experience.
• Effective oral and written communication skills.
• Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities.
• Ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Bilingual Spanish a plus (optional)

Responsibilities

• Procure all materials for BrightView projects at the lowest cost while ensuring quality and reliability.
• Maintain relationships with Branch Managers, Project Management, and other leaders to align procurement with objectives.
• Live by and execute the organizational procurement strategy.
• Identify cost-saving and cost-reduction opportunities.
• Ensure standards, controls, policies, and performance metrics for procurement are followed.
