Job summary

BrightView Landscapes, LLC is seeking a Sourcing Specialist in the Boston area to procure materials for development and select maintenance projects, manage supplier relations, and support the procurement strategy. The role emphasizes cost efficiency, quality, and timely purchasing with cross-functional collaboration.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s degree and 1+ years of procurement or related experience, plus strong communication and analytical abilities.

Qualifications

1+ years procurement experience in landscaping, construction, or related industry.
Customer service experience with effective oral and written communication skills.
Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills.
Ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Strong work ethic.
Bilingual (Spanish) a plus.

Responsibilities

Ensure materials are acquired at lowest cost while considering quality, reliability, urgency, and rebates.
Maintain relationships with Branch Managers, Project Management, and leaders to align procurement with objectives.
Live by the procurement strategy and assist in achieving purchasing objectives.
Identify cost-saving and cost-reduction opportunities.
Ensure standards, controls, policies, and performance metrics for procurement reporting.
