Job summary

Dynaenergetics Us Inc. is seeking a Purchasing Coordinator to support procurement, source vendors, and manage purchases to meet production schedules. You will work with SAP/S4/HANA, negotiate costs for MRO items, and monitor supplier performance to drive cost savings and quality.

Qualifications

Background in purchasing or supply chain management preferred but not required.
Familiarity with inventory management systems such as SAP is a plus.
Strong analytical skills to assess pricing strategies and market conditions.
Excellent written and verbal communication to collaborate with teams and suppliers.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel, for data analysis and reporting.
Proactive problem solver with keen attention to detail.

Responsibilities

Process purchase requisitions and purchase orders in SAP/S4/HANA.
Coordinate with vendors, freight companies and internal teams to meet production schedules.
Collaborate with quality and production on vendor issues including returns.
Source vendors, obtain quotes and negotiate costs for MRO and similar items.
Monitor supplier performance with Purchasing Manager to identify savings opportunities.
Maintain strong vendor relationships and ensure policy compliance.
