Job summary

Rowan Digital Infrastructure is seeking a strategic and analytically driven Senior Manager, Procurement Planning, SIOP & Analytics, to lead procurement planning, forecasting, financial analysis, and continuous process improvement in Denver. Lead cross-functional teams to align demand, supplier capacity, and project schedules.

You will develop forecasting models, executive dashboards, and scalable processes to support a rapidly expanding portfolio of data center and energy infrastructure

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is required.
• Strong financial modeling and business analysis capabilities are essential.
• Experience leading SIOP, IBP, demand planning, or supply planning processes.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and manage Rowan's Procurement SIOP process.
• Lead monthly, quarterly, and long-range procurement planning cycles.
• Consolidate demand signals from Engineering, Construction, Commercial, and Development teams into a unified procurement forecast.
• Develop demand planning models for major equipment, materials, and strategic supplier commitments.
• Monitor market conditions, lead times, manufacturing capacity, and industry trends to support strategic decision-making.
