Job summary

Morris & Dickson Co., LLC is seeking an Operations Coordinator to support manufacturer returns, debit memo recovery, and tracking within Procurement. This role collaborates with Procurement, Accounting, Distribution Centers, manufacturers, and internal teams to resolve issues, maintain policy docs, and enhance recovery efforts.

The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and thrives on problem solving, with experience in a fast-paced distribution or pharmaceutical environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in operations, project coordination, procurement, or related field.
• Pharmaceutical industry familiarity with manufacturer returns, chargebacks, deductions, or EDI is preferred.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and manage manufacturer debit memos, deductions, chargebacks, and outstanding balances to drive timely recovery.
• Research, validate, and compile documentation needed to recover funds and dispute denied claims when appropriate.
• Track issues from identification through resolution with detailed records of interactions and collection activities.
