Job summary

Morris & Dickson Co. is seeking an Operations Coordinator to support manufacturer returns, debit memo recovery, and tracking within Procurement.

This role collaborates with Procurement, Accounting, Distribution Centers, manufacturers, and internal stakeholders to recover funds and maintain policy documentation. You’ll identify trends, improve processes, and maintain clear records from issue to resolution, with a focus on accuracy, efficiency, and timely payments.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in operations, project coordination, procurement, or related field.
• Pharmaceutical industry experience preferred, including returns, deductions or EDI processes.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience preferred.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to reconcile discrepancies.
• Proficiency with Microsoft 365 applications, particularly Excel, Teams, and Outlook.
• Experience with Monday.com, Airtable, Asana is a plus, and travel willingness.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and manage manufacturer debit memos, deductions, chargebacks, and outstanding balances.
• Research, validate, and compile documentation to recover funds and dispute claims.
• Track issues from identification through resolution with detailed records.
• Collaborate with Procurement, Accounting, Distribution Center, and manufacturers to resolve issues.
• Obtain required documentation and facilitate timely payment of balances.
• Develop, maintain, and improve tracking tools, reporting, and SOPs.
• Identify trends and process gaps to support improvements and best practices.
