Job summary

Morris & Dickson Co. in Dallas, TX seeks an Operations Coordinator to support manufacturer returns, debit memo recovery, and operational tracking within Procurement.

This role partners with Procurement, Accounting, Distribution Centers, manufacturers, and internal stakeholders to investigate issues, resolve balances, and improve visibility into recovery efforts. The ideal candidate has strong organization, attention to detail, persistence, and the ability to manage multiple priorities.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in operations, project coordination, procurement, or related field.
• Pharmaceutical industry experience including returns, chargebacks, deductions, or EDI preferred.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience preferred.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to reconcile discrepancies.
• Ability to interpret policies and translate requirements into actionable steps.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and manage manufacturer debit memos, deductions, chargebacks, and outstanding balances.
• Research, validate, and compile documentation to recover funds and dispute denied claims.
• Track issues from identification through resolution with thorough records.
• Collaborate with Procurement, Accounting, DCs, and manufacturers to resolve discrepancies.
• Obtain required documentation, address open items, and facilitate timely payments.
• Develop and improve tracking tools, reporting, processes, and policies.
