Job summary

Morris & Dickson Co., LLC is seeking an Operations Coordinator to support manufacturer returns, debit memo recovery, and operational tracking within Procurement. You will partner with Procurement, Accounting, DCs, and manufacturers to investigate issues, recover funds, and ensure policy adherence.

The ideal candidate brings strong organization, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills to manage multiple priorities while improving visibility into recovery efforts.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in operations, project coordination, procurement, or related field.
• Pharmaceutical industry experience preferred (returns/chargebacks/EDI).
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent preferred.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and manage manufacturer debit memos, deductions, chargebacks, and balances.
• Research, validate, and compile docs to recover funds and dispute claims.
• Track issues from ID to resolution with detailed manufacturer records.
• Collaborate with Procurement, Accounting, Distribution Centers, and manufacturers.
• Request documentation, address open items, and facilitate timely payments.
• Develop and improve tracking tools, reporting, and SOPs for recovery workflows.
• Identify trends and gaps; support process improvements and best practices.
