Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 3 years of relevant experience with transactional processing or data management in SAP or comparable ERP.
• Excellent attention to detail and strong multitasking and communication.
• Professional confidence engaging stakeholders at all levels.

Responsibilities

• Generate purchase orders for goods and services per procedures and cycle times.
• Review requisitions and supplier quotes for completeness and accuracy.
• Monitor incoming purchase requisition queue.
• Update delivery schedules and pricing after supplier confirmations.
• Process PO modifications and changes promptly.
• Maintain communication with suppliers, procurement teams, AP, supplier management, and logistics.
• Resolve invoicing discrepancies and supplier records.
• Assist in expediting orders and optimizing order management.
• Support Purchase-to-Pay processes and leverage reports to address issues.
• Assist in supplier onboarding via Ivalua requests.
