Job summary

Leidos LLC in Lynnwood, WA seeks a Project Assistant specializing in Procurement to support multiple contracts. You will submit material quotes, track purchase requests, and coordinate POs. The role requires experience in FAR, DoD procurement, and strong communication with suppliers and program teams.

The role offers onsite work in Lynnwood with potential for remote work, and the ability to obtain a Secret DoD clearance. Prior exposure to Costpoint and MRPs is preferred.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent with 5+ years of relevant experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; able to work with large PDFs and Excel.
• Strong prioritization, organization, and communication skills.
• Ability to obtain Secret DoD clearance.

Responsibilities

• Process orders via Costpoint and Purchasing Card.
• Create Purchase Requisitions for Subcontract Labor and Material POs.
• Support Program Managers with Purchase Request Forms and approvals.
• Initiate Procurement Purchase Requests for quotes and POs.
• Update and reconcile biweekly transaction reports.
• Track order status from start to finish and maintain PM material spreadsheets.
• Ensure timely placement of orders to meet delivery dates and resolve issues.
• Collaborate with Procurement team to balance workload.
