Korn has partnered with our client to fill the Procurement Project Manager role, responsible for overseeing the RFP process through procurement services. The position requires a Bachelor’s degree and at least five years of procurement experience, with strong MS Office skills.

The ideal candidate will analyze bids, negotiate with vendors, and draft contracts, while coordinating with residential, commercial, and development teams. Excellent communication and attention to detail are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Minimum of 5 years’ procurement experience managing RFPs.
• Excellent MS Office skills: Excel and Word.
• Analytical and problem-solving abilities with strong verbal and written communication.

Responsibilities

• Manage the RFP process with focus on total cost of ownership, quality, risk, and value.
• Coordinate milestones: site visits, pre-bid conferences, clarification meetings, sealed bid openings.
• Develop bid analyses and lead vendor negotiations.
• Draft contracts based on RFP results.
• Review scopes, plans, and specs for accuracy and cost-reduction opportunities.
• Establish strong relationships with vendors and internal stakeholders.
• Provide procurement support across departments as needed.
• Assist with special projects as directed by Procurement leadership.
