Whitecap Search is seeking a detail-oriented procurement professional to manage estimating for procurement projects. The role involves coordinating bidding processes, conducting vendor negotiations, and ensuring project execution aligns with business needs.

The ideal candidate will drive strategic procurement initiatives, review scopes of work, and maintain strong relationships with internal teams and external vendors.

Competenze

• Minimum 5 years in Real Estate or Construction projects.
• Experience with estimation and cost forecasting.
• Advanced Excel skills for data analysis and modelling.
• Bachelor's degree, ideally in Engineering.

Mansioni

• Coordinate end-to-end bidding processes and track milestones.
• Lead bid analyses and vendor negotiations for pricing and terms.
• Author contract documents aligned with standards and compliance.
• Review scopes and specs to ensure clarity and alignment.

Whitecap Search is seeking a detail-oriented and experienced professional to manage Estimating forprocurement projects. The ideal candidate will coordinate bidding processes, conduct vendor negotiations, and ensure project execution aligns with business needs. This role involves driving strategic procurement initiatives and maintaining strong relationships with internal teams and external vendors.

Job Function:

• Coordinating end-to-end bidding processes and tracking key procurement milestones to ensure timely project execution.
• Conducting thorough bid analyses and leading vendor negotiations to secure optimal pricing, commercial terms, and service levels.
• Authoring and preparing comprehensive contract documentation in alignment with organizational standards and compliance metrics.
• Reviewing project scopes of work and technical specifications to ensure clarity, accuracy, and alignment with business needs.
• Identifying cost-saving and value engineering opportunities to reduce overall spend while maintaining high-quality standards.
• Driving and supporting strategic procurement initiatives across multiple diverse business units.
• Serving as a primary point of contact between internal corporate teams and external vendor partners to maintain an efficient, compliant, and value-driven procurement workflow.

Requirements:

• 5 years of Real Estate/Construction experience.
• Estimation experience required.
• Advanced Excel skills.
• Bachelor's degree required, ideally in Engineering.
