Irvine Technology Corporation (ITC) is seeking a Procurement Project Manager to support contract remediation and sourcing initiatives across indirect spend categories. This role partners with legal, category management, and finance teams in a structured, enterprise environment.

The position is hybrid with onsite Tuesdays through Thursdays in Miramar, FL, offering a pathway for junior to mid-level procurement professionals to grow. W2 hourly compensation is expected to be $32–$36.

Qualificações

• 3-5 years of experience in procurement, sourcing, contract management, or vendor operations.
• Bachelor's degree required.
• Experience in a professional services or enterprise environment; internship with a large organization is a plus.
• Strong understanding of contract lifecycle processes and stakeholder management.
• Excellent communication skills with ability to manage multiple workstreams in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with tools such as Workday Sourcing, Coupa, or Aravo is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Maintain relationships with legal, category management, and business stakeholders to ensure procurement contracts remain compliant with governance standards.
• Support remediation and updates of third-party contracts, ensuring regulatory and internal policy alignment.
• Review, update, and adapt contracts during project execution for accuracy and enforceability.
• Serve as a primary contact for category leaders on contract matters, escalating risks as needed.
• Support indirect procurement initiatives across professional services and external workforce categories, including financial tracking and contract oversight.
