Amazon.com Services LLC in Bellevue, WA is seeking a Procurement Programs professional to manage nationwide procurement initiatives for services such as janitorial, security, PPE, and more, partnering with GPO category teams.

This role emphasizes cross-functional collaboration, data-driven process improvements, and KPI reporting to drive spend efficiency.

You'll own vendor relationships, oversee P2P controls, and contribute to annual budget planning across SSD networks.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of program or project management experience.
• 3+ years of defining and implementing process improvements using data and metrics.
• Advanced Excel with Pivot Tables & VLOOKUP; SQL experience.
• Experience working cross-functionally with tech and non-tech teams.

Responsibilities

• Manage new and existing procurement programs across multiple Amazon organizations.
• Drive supplier relationship development by holding regular business reviews.
• Influence design and development of strategic procurement programs.
• Create and manage program communication, accelerating progress by driving clear and timely decisions, removing obstacles and escalating as appropriate.
• Develop, implement, and govern KPI reporting for a portfolio of programs, providing visibility to milestones and performance across all projects.
• Work directly with external providers, customers, and partner teams to create and deliver scalable solutions.
• Execute and own large-scale process improvement opportunities within new business launches and existing processes, including defining scope, goals and deliverables.
• Utilize analytical tools to analyze business metrics for optimization and derive actionable recommendations.
• Ensure service levels across multiple vendors/providers, including managing day-to-day escalations and changes.
• Develop and manage tactical procurement services and daily operations including Purchase Orders and Invoice management.
• Recognize and resolve issues to ensure procurement programs operate successfully across all locations.
