Job summary
Amazon.com Services LLC is seeking a Procurement Program Manager in Nashville, TN to support nationwide procurement programs across janitorial, pest control, equipment, waste, security, PPE and other service categories. You will drive supplier relationships, develop KPI reporting, and lead end-to-end procurement initiatives with cross-functional teams.
Ideal candidates have 3+ years of program management, data-driven process improvements, advanced Excel and SQL skills, and strong collaboration
Qualifications
- 3+ years of program or project management experience.
- 3+ years of defining and implementing process improvement initiatives using data and metrics experience.
- Advanced Excel (Pivot Tables, VLookups) and SQL experience.
- Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements.
- Experience working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams.
Responsibilities
- Manage new and existing procurement programs across multiple Amazon organizations.
- Drive supplier relationship development with regular business reviews.
- Influence design and development of strategic procurement programs.
- Create and govern KPI reporting for portfolios of programs.
