Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Public Administration, Project Management, or related field.
• Minimum seven (7) years of experience in project management, process improvement, or strategic planning.
• Public Procurement Experience Required
• Master’s degree, professional certifications (PMP, Lean Six Sigma, or related), and enterprise-level project management experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage large-scale projects, ensuring alignment with organizational goals, project timing requirements and compliance standards.
• Develop and implement approved strategic plans to improve efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and overall project success.
• Oversee project execution from initiation to completion, including planning, budgeting, risk assessment, and performance tracking.
• Facilitate collaboration across departments, ensuring stakeholder engagement and effective communication.
• Identify and mitigate project risks, ensuring proactive problem resolution.
• Optimize processes and workflows to enhance operational effectiveness.
• Drive the adoption of technology and data-driven decision-making to improve project outcomes.
• Mentor and guide junior project managers and team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
• Ensure compliance with legal, financial, and operational standards.
• Support leadership in strategic planning and policy development.
