This office-based role shapes processes and negotiates outcomes within delegated authority. You will refine procedures, resolve issues, and collaborate with vendors and cross-functional teams to support program leadership and compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in a related field.
• 2+ years of procurement, purchasing workflows, finance support, or contract administration experience.
• Experience with enterprise purchasing and requisition systems.
• Experience with Jira, Confluence, and SharePoint.
• Experience managing software licenses (subscription/perpetual/enterprise).

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and refine procurement processes to optimize operations and ensure policy compliance.
• Assess contract requirements and regulations to guide purchasing actions.
• Provide procurement strategy guidance to program leadership and mitigate risk.
• Shape procurement workflows and documentation standards for tracking and reporting.
• Process procurement actions in SC360 with correct financial coding and data flow.
• Manage AIRs, BOMs, PRs, and POs; coordinate with finance and vendors as needed.
• Oversee software asset lifecycle from procurement to renewals and disposition.
• Coordinate cross-functional projects across finance, procurement, and program management.
