Job summary

General Dynamics Information Technology, Inc. is seeking a Sourcing and Procurement Analyst to strengthen our Sourcing & Procurement organization.

You will lead end-to-end sourcing events, develop and issue RFQs/RFPs, perform cost analyses, and support contract negotiations in line with risk mitigation processes. You will partner with cross-functional teams to define requirements, assess supplier capabilities, and drive compliant, efficient procurement practices across programs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required, or 4 years of additional relevant experience in lieu of a degree.
• 2+ years of related experience in sourcing/procurement.
• Government procurement experience is highly desired, but other procurement-adjacent fields are welcome to apply.

Responsibilities

• Lead and execute procurement activities across the Industrial Services and Procurement team.
• Manage end-to-end sourcing events, develop and issue RFQs/RFPs, and perform cost analyses.
• Support contract negotiations in alignment with GDIT’s risk mitigation process.
• Protect compliance with procurement policies and drive disciplined execution across the sourcing lifecycle.
