Job summary

ICW Group, headquartered in San Diego, seeks a Procurement Product & Operations Specialist to drive PVMS technology initiatives, bridging business, development, and users. You will shape the product lifecycle, prioritize features, and ensure successful delivery aligned with strategic goals.

Ideal candidates have 7+ years in product implementations, experience with Source to Pay platforms, and strong communication and analytical skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in Business, Finance, Computer Science, Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
• Minimum 7 years of related experience inclusive of leading product implementations, collecting business needs, and translating requirements to a technical audience.
• Extensive experience implementing, maintaining and administering Source to Pay platforms such as Coupa, Ariba, Zycus, etc.
• Experience with procurement, contracts and third party risk in the financial services or insurance industry highly desired.
• Experience as a Product Owner or similar role with the ability to successfully launch and manage products or platforms.

Responsibilities

• Defines and communicates the PVMS technology vision and growth opportunities to maximize value.
• Reviews current manual processes and transitions to PVMS platforms.
• Reviews PVMS requests and improvements to align with strategic priorities.
• Works with IT to execute the product roadmap.
• Leads sourcing and third-party risk processes for delivery.
• Oversees application configuration requirements.
• Identifies opportunities to use current tech and suggests new workflows.
• Owns development process stages and evaluates progress.
• Oversees data analytics and reporting capabilities.
