Job summary

PVH Corp. seeks a Sourcing Associate to support category management across sourcing, product development, pre-production and production. You will help manage calendars, projects, cost analyses, vendor collaboration and tracking reports to meet AUC targets.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years in product development, sourcing or manufacturing, strong analytical and communication skills, and proficiency in Excel and PLM tools. Fast-paced environment with global teams awaits.

Qualifications

• A minimum of 3 years’ experience in Product Development, Sourcing & Manufacturing is required.
• Must be analytical; understand the supply goals & metrics.
• Good judgment & decision-making skills with root-cause analysis.
• Excellent communication & presentation skills.
• Must be detail oriented, resourceful with strong follow-up ability.
• Flexible and able to function in a fast-paced environment with competing priorities.
• Ability to collaborate and communicate across cultures, geographies & time zones.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel (VLOOKUP, XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables).
• PDM/PLM/Centric/Entefy experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Calendar management and assist in problem solving.
• Support manager with projects for management review/meetings.
• Collaborate with category manager and PVH offshore offices to meet deliverables.
• Create cost charts and analyze costing for new developments with vendors.
• Develop and maintain tracking reports for R&D.
• Monitor seasonal status of samples and mitigation plans across development stages.
• Participate in proto/sms reviews and line finalization meetings.
• Daily follow-up with cross-functional teams on/offshore.
• Collaborate on seasonal R&D and new sourcing opportunities.
• Manage supply team projects like Seasonal Audit and sample tracking.
• Handle other responsibilities and projects as assigned.
• Maintain information in Entefy/PLM/ERP systems (allocation, costing, proto tracking, testing & risk).
• Work with hub teams and vendors to resolve development and production issues.
• Escalate late deliverables to Manager.
