Welch's in Massachusetts is seeking a Manager, Procurement Process and Analytics to lead a new capability at the intersection of procurement, data, and technology. You will stabilize procure-to-pay, develop analytics, and build a Procurement Control Tower using AI and automation, reporting to the Senior Director, Strategic Sourcing.

This role combines strategic oversight with hands-on execution in a hybrid work setting at our Waltham headquarters.

Responsabilidades

• Own post-implementation stabilization and continuous improvement of procure-to-pay and PL2P processes, including governance, controls, performance measures, and issue resolution.
• Serve as the primary Procurement liaison to IT and ERP support teams, translating business needs into prioritized technology requirements, enhancements, and release plans.
• Act as the business process owner for procurement workflows, roles, approvals, access, controls, documentation, and system-enabled ways of working.
• Improve data quality and usability across spend, supplier, agreement, PO, and invoice data through clear standards and remediation plans.
• Develop scalable analytics that identify savings opportunities, price dispersion, supplier performance trends, and compliance gaps.
• Architect and implement a Procurement Control Tower integrating data across ERP and other systems.
• Apply AI, automation, and exception-based monitoring with appropriate human oversight and governance.
