Job summary

Bechtel Corporation is seeking a Procurement Planner to develop, maintain, and analyze integrated procurement and materials schedules for a major New Albany project in Ohio. You will coordinate with Procurement, Engineering, Contracts, and Construction teams to ensure timely delivery and alignment with critical path milestones, while driving data-driven decisions using Power BI and CPM techniques.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree and 5–12 years of relevant experience, with strong expertise

Qualifications

• Requires bachelor’s degree (or international equivalent) and 5–8 years of relevant experience or 9–12 years of relevant work experience.
• Proficiency in Primavera P6 scheduling and procurement processes expected.
• Strong knowledge of materials management, logistics, and supplier management required.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain detailed procurement and materials delivery schedules.
• Integrate requisition, purchase order, fabrication, inspection, and site-receipt activities into the project schedule.
• Perform CPM analyses and identify schedule risks and opportunities.
• Support Time Impact Analyses and schedule claims evaluations when required.
• Prepare weekly procurement progress reports and dashboards.
