Job summary

Nestlé S.A. is seeking a Senior Procurement Optimization Specialist to drive the execution, continuous improvement, and standardization of procurement processes and analytics.

You will act as a key liaison between Procurement, Nestlé Business Services (NBS), and cross-functional partners to identify opportunities and ensure successful program delivery. The role supports Direct Materials, Indirect Procurement (S&IM, PFME and CAPEX), Contract Manufacturing, Supplier Management, and Procurement

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Procurement, Business Administration or related field required.
• 4–5+ years leading Procurement or Supply Chain projects with cross-functional teams.
• Strong communication, organizational and stakeholder management skills.
• Fluency in MS Office (Word/Excel/Outlook/PowerPoint) required.
• Experience with SAP and/or Power BI is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end optimization of Procurement processes, systems, analytics and support services.
• Manage key Procurement programs run by Nestlé Business Services (NBS) for the market.
• Partner with stakeholders to identify opportunities for process optimization, automation and standardization.
• Lead or support cross-functional projects, system enhancements and integrations.
• Develop reports, dashboards, KPIs and insights to support decision-making.
• Drive adoption of new processes, tools and ways of working.
