Nestlé USA is seeking a Senior Procurement Optimization Specialist to drive the execution, improvement, and standardization of procurement processes, systems, analytics, and support services across the organization. Job Summary: The Senior Procurement Optimization Specialist will be responsible for driving the execution, continuous improvement, and optimization of Procurement business processes, systems, analytics, and operational support services that enable the NHS/HCN Procurement organization. This role serves as a key liaison between Procurement, Nestlé Business Services (NBS), and cross-functional business partners to identify improvement opportunities.
The Senior Procurement Optimization Specialist Specialist leads process optimization initiatives, supports governance and compliance efforts, drives business process standardization, and leverages data and technology to improve efficiency, user experience, and business performance. The incumbent operates with a high degree of autonomy while supporting strategic Procurement priorities and ensuring successful execution of initiatives across Direct Materials, Indirect Procurement (S&IM, PFME and CAPEX), Contract Manufacturing, Supplier Management, and Procurement Operations. This position will be either a remote or hybrid role based on the selected candidate’s geographic location. Strong preference will be given to applicants who live within a commutable distance within Bridgewater, New Jersey, Solon, Ohio or Arlington, Virginia.
Salary: $85,000 to $95,000 per year
