Job summary

Nestlé USA is seeking a Senior Procurement Optimization Specialist to drive the execution, improvement, and standardization of procurement processes, systems, analytics, and support services across the organization. You will partner with Procurement, NBS, IT and business leaders to identify opportunities, lead cross-functional projects, and develop dashboards and KPIs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in supply chain, procurement, business administration or related field.
• 4–5+ years leading procurement or supply chain projects with cross-functional teams.
• Strong MS Office skills (Word/Excel/Outlook/PowerPoint).
• Excellent written and oral communication, organizational, and stakeholder management abilities.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Lead execution and continuous improvement of procurement processes, systems, and analytics across Nestlé Health Science USA Procurement.
• Manage procurement programs on behalf of the market via Nestlé Business Services (NBS).
• Collaborate with IT and stakeholders to optimize processes, automation, standardization, and compliance.
• Lead or support cross-functional projects and system enhancements.
• Develop reports, dashboards, KPIs, and business insights for decision-making.
• Drive training and change management for new tools and processes.
