Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in procurement, business, analytics, or related field.
• Minimum 2 years experience in related field strongly preferred.
• Proficiency with procurement platforms and processes (indirect purchasing).

Responsibilities

• Ensure procurement processes align with policies and educate users.
• Monitor approvals to ensure efficient processing.
• Support new business process design, testing, and deployment of solutions.
• Coordinate with IT and Clinic Operations for supplier selection and RFP organization.
• Record supplier performance and participate in vendor reviews.
• Maintain purchasing catalogs in Smartsheet and related workflows.
