Job summary

Associated Bank is seeking a Procurement Operations Analyst to support day-to-day purchasing, process transactions, and maintain supplier data in accordance with company policies. The role offers opportunities to develop expertise in procurement systems and drive process improvements.

You'll work with cross-functional teams, ensure accuracy and compliance, and gain exposure to P2P operations, ERP platforms, and controlled processes in a regulated corporate environment.

Qualifications

• Requires 4+ years of procurement, purchasing, or operational transaction processing.
• Experience with ERP or procurement systems to process requisitions, purchase orders, or supplier data (2+ years).
• 4+ years following documented procedures and controls to ensure transaction accuracy and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Manage P2P transactions from start to finish, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
• Process requisitions, purchase orders, and supplier data updates.
• Evaluate routine purchasing scenarios and data issues to determine solutions.
• Maintain accurate supplier and transactional data and address issues.
• Resolve procurement exceptions by identifying root causes and escalating when needed.
• Support end users with guidance on procurement processes and system usage.
• Identify recurring issues and contribute to process improvements.

Education

Bachelor's degree or higher in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Finance, Operations, or related field
