Job summary

Associated Bank is seeking a Procurement Operations Analyst to support day-to-day purchasing operations, process transactions, maintain supplier information, and assist colleagues with procurement processes. This role can be filled as Procurement Operations Analyst or Senior, depending on experience.

Worker will ensure purchases are accurate, timely, and compliant with policies while building expertise in procurement systems and contributing to process improvements.

Qualifications

• Required: Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 4+ years of experience in procurement, purchasing, or transactional processing in a corporate/shared services environment.
• 2+ years of experience with ERP or procurement systems to process requisitions, POs or supplier data.
• 4+ years of experience following documented procedures and controls to ensure accuracy and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Manage P2P transactions from start to finish with accuracy and compliance.
• Process requisitions, purchase orders, and supplier data updates in ERP and procurement systems.
• Evaluate routine purchasing scenarios and data issues to determine solutions within guidelines.
• Maintain accurate supplier and transactional data and fix issues impacting compliance or reporting.
• Resolve procurement exceptions by identifying root causes and escalating complex matters as needed.
• Support end users with guidance on procurement processes and system usage.
• Identify recurring issues and gaps, and propose procedural improvements.

Education

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Finance, Operations, or related field
