Responsibilities

• Manage assigned P2P transactions from start to finish, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
• Process requisitions, purchase orders, and supplier data updates in ERP.
• Evaluate routine purchasing scenarios and supplier requests within guidelines.
• Maintain accurate supplier and transactional data, flagging issues impacting compliance.
• Resolve procurement exceptions, identify root causes, and escalate when needed.
• Support end users with guidance on procurement processes and system usage.
• Identify recurring issues and propose workflow improvements.
