Job summary

Antech, part of Mars Science & Diagnostics, seeks an Operations Buyer to procure materials for Fountain Valley/ Loveland locations. You will manage ERP-based procurement, confirm PO details with suppliers, and support locations to meet needs with cost efficiency and accuracy.

Responsibilities include ensuring data integrity, timely communications, and coordination with the Procurement Operations Manager. A Bachelor’s or Associate degree is preferred with 1 year in supply chain or procurement.

Qualifications

• Organized with the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong interpersonal, organizational, negotiation and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Intermediate proficiency with ERP systems and MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams, PowerPoint). Smartsheets and Power BI.

Responsibilities

• Procure materials and supplies for assigned locations within the ERP system.
• Communicate issues to Procurement Operations Manager affecting multiple locations.
• Verify supplier pricing and quantities against agreements and past orders.
• Work to achieve lowest cost and ensure timely purchase orders and confirmations.
• Resolve supplier issues and assist locations with procurement-related questions.
