Job summary

Kforce is seeking a Procurement Operations & Sourcing Analyst in Jersey City, NJ to support strategic sourcing and procurement across multiple categories. The role involves bid processes, supplier evaluations, market research, and cost benchmarking, with collaboration across Legal, Finance, Risk, Purchasing, and external suppliers.

You will create purchase orders, track deadlines, and develop negotiation strategies aligned with business objectives, while ensuring clear stakeholder communication

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in supply chain, finance, business administration, or related field.
• 0–3 years in procurement, sourcing, purchasing, or related function.
• Familiar with competitive sourcing, vendor management, purchasing, or contracts.
• Strong analytical, research, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent organizational skills with multiple priorities.
• Strong written and verbal communication.
• Detail-oriented with good follow-through and judgment.
• Able to collaborate with cross-functional teams and suppliers.

Responsibilities

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
