Qualifications

• BS/BA in Business, Finance, Accounting, Engineering, Supply Chain, Digital, or a related field.
• 5+ years of directly relevant experience or MS with 3+ years of experience.
• Project management or IT delivery experience.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
• Customer focused mindset.
• Self-starter with a strong execution mindset and ability to meet deadlines.
• Curiosity and willingness to ask questions to fully understand requirements.

Responsibilities

• Manage a queue of procurement requests including statements of work, software purchases, and contract extensions
• Coordinate stakeholders and guide requests through the end-to-end procurement process
• Maintain schedules, priorities, and status updates for business partners
• Support category management, sourcing, supplier management, and procurement initiatives
• Conduct spend, supplier, and market analysis to support sourcing decisions
• Assist with competitive solicitations, bid evaluations, negotiations, and contract documentation

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
