Responsibilities

• Provide frequent, timely feedback and conduct interim evaluations to support growth.
• Develop and mentor staff; identify training needs and opportunities.
• Ensure EWPs and performance documentation are completed on time and accurately.
• Conduct supervision and performance reviews per policies.
• Promote safety, engagement, accountability, and continuous improvement.
