Job summary

QTS Data Centers seeks a Manager of Procurement Operations to lead the source-to-pay value chain and set purchasing guidelines that reduce commercial risk. This role will manage procurement systems, process improvements, and mentor a team of analysts across multiple locations.

The successful candidate will drive strategic alignment with company goals, enhance ERP-based purchasing, and champion a culture of continuous improvement using data analytics and technology.

Qualifications

• Five+ years in procurement, sourcing, compliance, risk management or similar with data integrity requirements.
• Two+ years in people, project, or program management.
• Experience driving change to improve user experience and mitigate risk.
• Willingness to travel up to 10% annually.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the enhancement, execution, and operational excellence of the purchasing process in cross-functional partnership with key stakeholders.
• Act as a Procurement-to-Pay (P2P) leader by advancing procurement performance through technological enhancements and best practices in purchasing policies, and technology and digital readiness.
• Drive change management initiatives within procurement, fostering continuous improvement and data-driven decision-making.
• Develop internal communication and training strategies for QTS users to transact in ERP systems effectively.
• Oversee transactional P2P functions to ensure swift and compliant purchasing.
